Hope you had a fantastic Mother’s Day. We just wanted to take a minute or two and tell you about some of the exciting things planned for the Venice portion of the Art in Italy trip coming up this October. First of all, the trip is filling up; we currently have only 6 spots left on the north trip and 5 spots left on the south trip.

Venice is an amazing city of islands, with canals and buildings every artist wants to paint. In addition there are many wonderful sites and attractions to see. Here is a short list of some of the things we will be seeing and doing while visiting this marvelous place.
- Enjoy amazing art from around the world at the Biennale Art Festival and Peggy Guggenheim Gallery. (Note the Biennale Festival takes place in Venice in odd years only)
- Tour the island city of Venice by Gondola
- Paint and visit St. Marks Square and Doges Palace
- Short Trip to Islands of Borano or Morano (up to the group)
By purchasing our tickets online in advance we will not have to wait in line for hours as many tourists do, which will give us more time to enjoy the places we see.
Our villa is two floors of a building on a small canal that is within walking distance to all places of interest as well as a vaporetto (water bus) stop to get to anywhere else.
